To login to your accounts for myEC, go to https://myapps.microsoft.com/eccc.edu 

Then login using your ECCC email address and your email password. 
You should then have access to myEC, Canvas, ECCC email, and much more without logging in again.

If you have problems logging in, click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.

What is myEC Apps?  
Your place to login once to access most of your ECCC applications such as Canvas, myEC, ECCC email, and much more. 

How can I access Canvas, ECCC email, and myEC?
Go to https://myapps.microsoft.com/eccc.edu and login using your ECCC email address and your email password.  

What will my Office 365 Outlook ECCC email address be?
Your Office 365 Outlook ECCC email address should be as follows:
first name.lastname name followed by the last 4 digits of your student id# followed by @students.eccc.edu. 
Example:  Jane Doe with ID# of 123456 will have an email address of:  jane.doe3456@students.eccc.edu 

What is my password?
Your password instructions and login should be emailed to you when you first apply and when you are registered for your first class. You may try the Forgot Password option or you may contact ithelpdesk@eccc.edu.  Click here for more information on your ECCC password.

What is Office 365?
Office 365 is Microsoft's suite to connect to Microsoft Outlook(email), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and much more!

What is Outlook?
Outlook is your new ECCC email using Microsoft O365.  

What is OneDrive?
OneDrive is your new data storage location.  You may store your ECCC schoolwork on your OneDrive. You have up to 1TB of storage space to store your schoolwork.

When will my Office 365 account be activated?
Your account is typically activated when you apply to ECCC and more access is given once your are registered for a class. 

How long after I graduate or leave EC will my ECCC student email account remain active?
Student O365 email accounts are inactivated 1 year after the last date enrolled. If you never logged in to your Office 365 account, the account will be deleted in May of the last registered term.  It is the responsibility of the student to save or archive files and emails before the 1 year period. How do I forward my mail to another email account automatically?
Forwarding is not allowed currently for your Office 365 Outlook account.
