Login Help: Complete the Forgot Password form. This form should send you an email with your myEC password. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes do one of the following options:
Option 1: Go by student services to pick up a new login sheet. You must have your student ID with you in order to get a sheet.
Option 2: Send an email to ithelpdesk@eccc.edu. Please include your full name, date of birth, and student id number if you know it.

Your windows login gives you rights to login to lab computers on the ECCC campus.

Each student is given an ECCC gmail student account. Go to www.gmail.com and login using the following credentials.
Login Help:
Your student email address should be your first name.last name + the last 4 digits of your student id# + @students.eccc.edu.
Example: Jane Doe with id# 123456
Email address would be: jane.doe3456@students.eccc.edu
If you are unable to access your student email, please email ithelpdesk@eccc.edu including your full name, date of birth, and student id#.
